We believe in quality not quantity. I was factory trained and have worked
for VW & Porsche since 1966.
Our Business is Repair and Restoration of Volkswagen & Porsche cars, from
the 40s to the later 2000 models.
Description of Repair Work:
RESTORATION:
The body is removed off the chassis on vws to begin the bodywork.
The chassis is then stripped of all nuts and bolts, transaxle, front end,
brake lines, hoses, shifter, & pedals.
Weld in new floor pans if needed. Weld tabs on the original steel clutch tube
or replace
with our stronger upgraded model which will handle the heavy duty Kennedy
clutches.
Cut out old steel fuel line if rusted and weld new fuel line inside chassis.
The chassis is then sand blasted and epoxy primmered & painted or power
coated on request.
BRAKE JOBS:
Disc Brakes, Drum Brakes, 4 Wheel Disc brake Conversion Kits.
Machining rotors & drums, changing master cylinders or upgrading to a
dual system.
Flex hoses & hard steel lines.
FRONT END REPAIR:
Front beam replacement or weld in adjusters for lowering or raising.
Drop spindles for disc or drum, will lower front-end 2 _ in, but will retain
the stock ride and handling.
Steering Boxes, Tie rods, shocks, stock or gas type.
Custom Front & Rear Sway Bars, Type 1 and type 2, for better handling
in cornering on those windy roads.
King & link Pin rebuilds & Ball joints.
CARBURETORS:
Stock Solex or Kadrons and Webers.
Dual Weber kits, 40IDF, 44IDF, 48IDA.
Single Weber kits 40IDF, 44IDF, 48IDF.
Electric Fuel pumps.
Mechanical fuel pumps.
Electronic Fuel Injection, Electronic Ignition conversions.
Vacuum Advance Distributors Repaired & replacements (different advance
curves for different years).
TUNE UPS:
Engine Tune up & Compression Test, and Valve adjustment.
Exhaust systems, stock & custom headers w/flanges.
Engine Sheetmetal (chrome & power coated or painted colors).
Stroker Crankshafts 4340 chromoly.
H-beam & I-Beam connecting rods.
Large bore pistons & cylinders, 90.5, 94, Etc.
Big valve heads 40x35.5, 42x37.5
Custom camshafts & lifters.
New engine blocks bored for larger cylinders & clearance for larger strokes.
Custom oil pumps with filter
Custom oil Cooler systems (no-hose clamps as the leak as the hose gets hard)!
Custom engine mounting cross bar for 1968 to 1971 vans, that need more clearance
for larger oil pumps, fitting or lines.
Torsion bar settings or replacement to lower or raise the car.
Clutches Stock & Performance.
Remove Broken Clutch tube inside chassis, & Weld in Stronger Steel tubing
, type 1,2 & 3.
ELECTRICAL REPAIRS:
Electrical Wiring & Replacement of wire Harness.
Electrical Custom Gauges, Temp, Pressure, Tacs, Exhaust temp, etc.
Face plates for Gauges, Consoles.
Electrical Windows & mirrors.
Ignition Lock & Door locks.
Transmission Rebuilds and gear changes.
